Shutibordz

One of my closest friends, shuti, has passed away december 24. It all happened so fast. When benny and jv called to tell me the news, i was absolutely shocked and devastated. He was a very close friend of mine. I now dedicate one blog post to him. Shuti and I have known each other for almost 8 years. Gen-y times, he was the only one who would make me feel welcome during the services but still we weren't that close that time. We really got close when Insideout Hub was still starting out and we were both in the praise and worship team. He was the drummer and I was this guitarist just trying to fit in with the team. He always made me feel part of the team. A few things i will always remember about him, he was amazing when it comes to eating. When we would eat at mang inasal, he would be able to finish 8 rice servings. He was always fun to treat for a meal because you would always be happy letting him eat and it would even make you wonder where he puts all that he eats. He was also the jokester of the group. He would always be able to make everybody laugh. He was also good at chess, i remember we would always play to prove who's better and we would have our friendly trash-talk. It was all fun and its sad that he would not hear me say these words but i actually acknowledge that he is better than me. Shuti and I have so much memories. He would always go to my house with the other buddies to just talk all night and eat our hearts out. We shared our life with each other, helping each other with our problems, sharing secrets like, who we want to marry. He has been such a blessing in my life. He's been my co-caregroup member, co-praise and worship member, brother, friend, and buddy. I know you are with God right now. #God is sovereign

Purpose of the Blog

I have chosen to start this blog for the very purpose of glorifying God and making Him famous by sharing who God is, what He has done, and what He continues to do in the lives of His people. This blog is for everyone, those who don't really know God that much but want to know more about Him and for those who really love God and want to have a deeper and intimate relationship with Him. This is a blog open for all. You can submit your devotionals, prayer concerns, testimonies, reflections, insights, and practically anything that will glorify God. Oh yeah, if you love music and want to know how to glorify God with your music, you can visit this blog I Will Sing: Tumblr or I Will Sing: Blogspot  So come and journey with me as we learn more about God in our head and let the things that we learn about Him connect with our heart to love Him more. #GodbeExalted
